False Advertising & Theft
The store did not deliver the bouquet that I ordered. I sent them pics from the recipient and requested that they send the correct bouquet or refund my money. Sheila responded that some of the flowers were unavailable so their florist substituted other flowers and the resulting bouquet "corresponds within our expectations." I told them that was HORRIBLE customer service, FALSE ADVERTISING, and THEFT! At the very least they should have notified me and allowed me to select a different arrangement or offered a refund. Instead, the bouquet they sent was one that I specifically did not choose because I didn't like it and the recipient was appreciative of the gift, but did not care for the "Barbie pink" flowers either!! I advised that I would never use their store again (I'm in the US, first time international customer) and my boss (the recipient) in the Hague would likely not use or recommend their store either. Soraya emailed me back today to advise that they are refunding my money.
