FRAUD
As I already wrote to your customer service� First dissapointing thing was that I placed my order before 14:00 and as soon as I ordered I got e-mail that it is not possible to deliver the same day, so that was, in my opinion, A FRAUD. I immediately sent an e-mail that I want to cancel my order since it is not possible to deliver that day, I got my answer 3 or 4 days later to that e-mail!!! Flowers , of course, were delivered next day around noon, and as soon as I saw the bouquet I thought, this is another one scam, because it just didn�t match the bouquet from your website!!! All of this I already wrote to your customer service and they offered me some lousy discount�I told them that I would never accept it even if it�s a 100% discount because I will never again order through your website and wouldn�t even recommend anyone to do so after an experience like this� And in the end I told them the only thing that will make me feel satisfied would be an acceptance of your many mistakes and a total refund! Of course I didn�t get an answer to that, so that�s one more shame of customer service, or maybe they will answer in 10 days, who knows?!
