Het was fantastic,we kregen direct bericht dat de bestelling was door gekomen,onze vrienden blij met een prachtige bos bloemen en fles wijn

Flowers not representative of the ones shown on the website and the bouquet was much smaller as well. No value for money.

They dilivered on time, and we are happy about the plant.

Day 6 still no flowers and still no response from Euroflorist. I send flowers internationally all the time and never had this issue before. - They are quick to take your money but not respond

The flowers are exceptional and the same-day delivery option is fantastic. As the sender, it would however be helpful to receive either an email or text message to notify me when the delivery it on it's way or when the flowers/gift have been delivered. I have made two orders thus far, and did not receive any notifications regarding delivery. Lastly, it is wonderful to know that flower orders are being filled by local florists and I feel this is a more personal approach. Overall, my experience to date has been very happy and I appreciate the care and great service. Thank you very much!

Vriendelijk, levert wat er wordt beloofd dus voldoet aan de geschapen verwachtingen.

Still no Flowers !! They sent me an email to say they could not manage the same day delivery and was it still okay to deliver that they would upgrade. I responded to email with yes to go ahead. Then 3!days later received another email saying it takes them a long time to respond to emails and do I still want a delivery? By EMAIL I responded again yea and still no flowers. I have sent a number of emails trying to follow up with NO response. This is a shody business.

Zomers boeket besteld en je krijgt een armetierig saai boeketje. Totaal niet zoals op de foto op de website staat. Klacht ingediend en dan hoor je dat ze de bloemen niet hadden en een soortgelijk boeket hebben samengesteld. Nou niet en afzetterij. Geen compensatie, ja een waardebon voor een volgende bestelling, maar geen volgende bestelling bij Euroflorist. Dure grap geweest en plaatsvervangende schaamte voor de ontvanger.
