The customer journey was excellent. Very responsive team, everything on time. The only thing that i would point out is that the service is expensive. Of course i do not know exactly how you secure these tickets, however given the average ticket price for the game, the price that we paid per person was really expensive. In any case, i would definitely recommend the service, if someone can afford these prices.

I attended the Manchester United vs Liverpool match and was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Everything went perfectly with the tickets — they were delivered on time, we were able to enter the stadium without any issues, and the digital tickets worked flawlessly. The atmosphere at the match was incredible, and the seats were exactly as expected — very good. The support from the company was outstanding, truly a 10/10 experience. I would also like to thank them for helping me fulfill a dream. It was an unforgettable experience. I’m also very happy that Manchester United won and that I got to witness such an amazing 3–2 match.

We had no tickets for a paid game when we arrived at manchester. We got no information when we paid the quotation that we would get the tickets in whats up and needed to click a link there. We got the the links to download the tickets at the evening the day before the game. Before that we had an answere that it could take up to 4h before the game until we got the tickets.

Having previously lost a lot of money buying premier league tickets as an overseas traveller I was very nervous about buying tickets for a premier league match again. I bought tickets to AS Roma - Juventus well in advance and I got personal service all the way. I was also offered to upgrade the tickets for a ok price, which I did. Ticket delivery and everything went as promised and was smooth and also afterwards there was a mail asking how it all went and if I was happy. Certainly my go-to if and when I want to go to a game in the future.

I booked Real Madrid vs betis and was an incredible stadium and atmosphere. The help provided by the staff in the office was great, anything asked was answered and made the booking very easy. Will definitely be using them again every year.

It was great experience together with my 15 year old son. Our seats were in much better place than we expected and quite nearby BSC ultras who made great atmosphere to the stadium. All worked well and I really can recommend this service.
