Presentation was not what i expected from an international and reputable company

A presentation should be made to the client and the decision should squarely rest on the client to decide signing up ...its not professional to convince the client that your product is beneficial to them without giving them a trial for benefit of the doubt. Benefit of the product should be tied to a structured fee. I don't think its fair to have a fixed fee structure especially at such a high amount.

Best customer service

Très appréciable de voir que Kiyoh adopte une démarche proactive en allant directement à la rencontre des entreprises. L’entretien animé par Emma a été clair, structuré et professionnel, ce qui a permis de bien comprendre leur solution et ses avantages. L’outil présenté semble pertinent pour améliorer la collecte d’avis, organiser les retours clients et renforcer le suivi post-achat, des éléments importants pour l’expérience client. Une collaboration avec Kiyoh est actuellement envisagée pour notre entreprise !
