Perfect

Ik heb mijn bestelling geplaatst met een beetje een twijfel over de website vanwege een paar reviews maar het is perfect je krijgt netjes een bevestiging mail, je wordt op de hoogte gehouden als je schoenen bij het sorteercentrum is aangekomen alle stappen worden samen met je doorlopen je moet even wachten maar dan heb je ook wat! Ik ga hier zeker vaker bestellen.

Size not correct

I have purchased a product of size Uk 8 but received UK 7.5.I even tried to return the product but the option was not available.I have waited more than two weeks to reveive my product but disappointed in wrong size and couldn’t return or refund.As a customer this is worst experience as I have paid a lot of money for my item

Ik heb mijn aankoop nog steeds niet ontvangen.

Heel vervelend dat ik al weken lang wacht op mijn aankoop. Ik werd op de hoogte gehouden van mysterieuze stappen: dat de schoenen ‘op echtheid werden gecontroleerd’ en dergelijke. Het is mij een raadsel wat maakt dat dit allemaal zo lang moet duren. En ik hoop dat de schoenen nog een keer aankomen.

Secure service, but poor standards.

I bought a pair of Adidas bad bunny. They arrived after some time, and when it arrived. I checked the shoe and it had a scratch in the learher, very noticble. I dont know how it has been checked and passed, since they say all shoes are in new condition.
