Waiting for my money back.
After talking to Tristan, the owner of the company we�ve come to an agreement.
I found the paper requested and I�ve been told there has been a mistake made from the Authenticator. Apparently there has been confusion when packing the order and they had compared a fake pair to an authentic pair. Somehow the shoes got mixed up.
I�ve sent the shoes back and awaiting my money back.
I respect Tristan after our discussion over the phone.
However, I�ve got 0% respect for the company�s support team. The customer is always right and they have been accusing me off threats and attacks when all I�ve done is express my frustration with the company.
Any other company would reply something similar to this: �so sorry to hear, please tell us more and we will sort this out�
After all, this whole situation is over �400 and that is nothing for a company.
We will see if I get my money back or not. Will change my attitude and rating after the has been resolved.
