Hello hypeboost customer service. My first impressions before even receiving my order is the fact that I get regular real-time status updates. As with most of the users with this company, it�s a common regular feedback. However, I would like to contact a Hypeboost Customer support team member to email or message as I have a query about the following issue: Change Delivery address and date/time. With Christmas soo approaching I�m just abit concerned with my order coming in time. Do you know roughly a delivery date period when I can expect it to arrive? If it is at all possible I Would like to change the delivery name & address for my shoes order, as I will be away a couple days next week and just in case my package comes and I�m not there to receive it. It would make me feel a lot more comfortable if you could change my shipping address to my neighbours name and address as long as they won�t be expected to pay any fee/charges. Thank you

Ik was in het begin (door negatieve reviews) best een beetje bang geworden dat het niet ok� was� Maar het tegengestelde is waar!!!! Ik heb mijn vragen via de mail aan Hypeboost gesteld. Waarop zij binnen een dag antwoorden. Ze hebben mij dan ook gerustgesteld!! Niet lang daarna kreeg ik telkens via de mail een update van waar mijn schoenen op dat moment waren. Nu ben ik een zeer tevreden klant met mooie echte air Jordans!!! Hypeboost dankjulliewel!!!! En dat er niet geretourneerd kan worden staat netjes op de site vermeld. Ik ga hier zeker weer bestellen!!!!
