I didn�t recieve my order yet , I contacted your customer service they didn�t help me with anything, I lost my money and didn�t get anything, the worst online buying experience I ever had I will make edit this point according to the hypeboost reply Now I am not in Mallorca. I said I will be in Mallorca so I cannot recieve my package now , I was waiting for the package 7 days as they said, no one contact me for picking up my order I have all the details in the tracking , they said it will be there on 12 July I was there no one contact me even I was there in 13 14 15 , your coll�gue said it�s not your problem it�s the problem of your partner GLS he or she said that literally. As solution I proposed to deliver my package to Mallorca your agent said that it�s not possible, I checked on your partner website it says that it�s possible but I should make the request via your company, and your agent said it�s not possible and he didn�t propose any solution ( I will not be in Barcelona for while ) so what I am supposed to do , just lose my money ? Your agent didn�t propose any solution and when I asked for refund they said it�s not possible I sent many emails you don�t reply to get for solution, but you answer on feedback ? Big LOL for this arnaque
