I order a gift for Christmas on the 8th of December and still haven't gotten it, I can't believe it. I sent an email and they said that is a DPD problem, DPD said is Hypeboost's problem and then that I should call DPD Netherlands, I lost 40 min calling the Netherlands, spending money on the call and one person answers the phone no speaking English. Instead of Hypeboost trying to help me and talk with them and creating a case with DPD, they didn't give me any answer. Not recommended at all Update 30/12/22-- I had to contact DPD myself, calling for Netherlands and then dpd Ireland because they refused to help me. The shoes were ok, but if you are going to buy here I hope you don't need anything from the customer service area --update 28/12: copy paste their email, I think will be enough They blackmailed to remove the comment: I am willing to do so for you, however i see your account is suspended because of attacking us on the internet. I can not provide this service in this case, please remove the attack and give me a message when that is done. After this i can start helping you and make the effort to start an investigation. Thank you. Camila, I'm sorry but with this attitude you can contact DPD youself as i can no longer provide extra service to you. Filing a claim is a big procedure. A service we provide for decent customers. ---UPDATED 27/12/22----: THEY DIDN'T LIKE MY REVIEW SO THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT. ALSO: I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER AND THEY JUST SENT AN EMAIL SAYING THAT MY REVIEW IS UNFAIR :) -----

I have earlier written a review that was not positive, since I was not able to get in touch with them and I had not received my order. Hypeboost reached immediately by getting in touch with me explaining why I haven�t received it yet. They further more offered me to arrange priority authentication so that they can send my order already tomorrow and I will hopefully receive it before Christmas. I must say that it is the best service I have meet for a long time and I give them 5 stars for that. I look forward to receiving my order 22799 and when I do I can hopefully give a new 5 star review.

For me, very disappointing. Ordered a pair of sneakers which was stated as 100% authentic. After the order I got confirmation that the sneakers was to be sent to hypeboost for authentication before shipped to me. Hypeboost withdrew the money right away, before shipping? This is illegal in my country. I made hypeboost clear that this was a Christmas present for my son, so it was very important for me to receive it before Christmas. I was worried because I haven�t read anything about that the sneakers needed to be sent to hypeboost first. I know this is to make sure the authenticity of the shoes. Fair enough. But why state �100% authentic� on an item, that Hypeboost haven�t even seen? After a few days I got notice that the sneakers did not pass their test, and hypeboost immediately made arrangements with another seller with an identical item. This was done without my accept, and I would of course have declined this, because the process would be much delayed because of this. Hypeboost refuses to cancel the order. Now I can just wait for my order, which of course will arrive way after Christmas. This is so disappointing and not great service in my opinion. I would have been able to buy the sneakers from elsewhere and make my son happy, if Hypeboost haven�t made arrangements with another seller on my behalf. I�m sure this company runs business in good faith, and support replys are polite and quick, but is not to be recommended for this particular handling I�m afraid.
