Terrible experience
I have a terrible experience with them... today is the 21st of october, my order should have arrived the 11th of october friday to my place. I made myself off for that day so i can let them in. Checking friday the track and trace it was weird for me so I called them. Coinsidently they put it on a wrong truck� so it went all the way to Belgium. I was told I could get it next week. It was not an option for me so I asked my money back immediately on that friday on the phone. Guy said they can only send my money back if the furniture gets back to them. Okay I asked him to make sure it gets back to them, not coming to me. He was helpful with that, told me there wont be any problem (but still havent apologized for the mistake). monday morning I recieve an email from the transport company DPD, that the furniture is on the way to my house. Well since I was on my way to work, I called meubella immediately to warn them that the furniture is on the way to me for some reason. He said again no problem he ll cancel it and i ll get back my money. Monday arriving home, there was this notification that i wasnt home and the furniture is at a pick up point... friday i called them again really disappointed, that i still havent received my money back, and since they are making me wait at least 20min each time i call, i would appreciate it if they would arrange it today so i wont have to call again. This time it was a lady on the phone, promising me that i ll get back my money at the latest on monday (today), and that i wont have to call again. Well I didnt, so I did. Super rude lady told me they had to wait 8days till it was at the pick up point and after that they can send the money only, so i wont get it today because the 8days is just over. Still nobody said sorry or any apologies for the mistakes after mistakes, false promises after promises, and when i wanted to talk to her superior, i got the answer that aint gonna happen�..... 21st century, customer service....
