Always quick to respond, friendly staff!

I have always loved dealing with you but now that I am retired I could not register so am unable to order from you. Please is could you let me know where I can get your products on line

For the last few years we don't have any problems with you . Very happy with your service and you always deliver of what we want. Just one thing that I would loved if you can send more testers , because of that we sell more oils . We always burn essential oils in our store and because of the lovely scents people want to be in our store and shop more. I you can look into that will appreciate it muchly.

From 2018 I have been dealing with escentia and are never left with any other experience than just being taken aback by the care and excellence of the company's service. This is not isolated to one or two individuals, but everybody you deal with. The company must be taking good care of staff members, because it is usually the case when you have such excellence as a standard from the top to the bottom ... with regards to product and staff and customer care ... quite unusual. One thing though ... since ordering online I do really miss interacting with staff members more. A great team of people ... owner of Escentia ... you can be proud!!! And grateful.

Always have great service with your team. Your website is easy to get our orders in efficiently and it's great that it informs me immediately if a product is out of stock. Just a note to please check whomever you have sealing the essential oils, we have had a few lately that the oils have seeped out the lid and over the labels. I'm sure you are constantly upgrading the barcodes on your products, it would be great if your full range were barcoded ;-)

It think 30 years of experience says it all. I have used a verity of brands but I find Escentia to be the best. Best of all, it is South African.

Escentia has found the perfect balance between professional and personal service. I feel like part of the extended Escentia family in the way they deal with queries and their regular email updates and specials, but at the same time they are prompt and professional on the business side of things. I continue with Escentia as my supplier because of the high quality and yet reasonable prices of their oils, and I recommend them to others for the same reason.

We have been dealing with Escentia for a few years now, and their service has always been wonderful. The oils are always of good quality, and their pricing is very competitive in general. The only reason I gave 4.5 and not 5 stars is because some oils we often order are sometimes out of stock the past while. But they do notify you of restocking :). Thank you Escentia team!

Escentia is the only company that I trust to give purity in their oils, honest business ethic and the most FABULOUS customer service ever!

I want to highly reccommend Mrs Simon as she is always pleasantly helpful and certainly thinks outside the box. She recommended strong garlic oil to combat our mole investation in the garden. IT Worked after everything else failed. A brilliant tip as we live in an estate next to a farm and it is was a never ending problem. I have had redness and pain on toes when they slightly start being ingrown in the corners. On her advice, I now apply a drop or two twice a day when I notice it, and GONE! Thanks Charmaine Simon for caring enough and listening to try and find solutions .

Matthew went the extra mile and gave me exactly what I wanted, although they did not use the same product he manage to satisfy my needs.
