Have been ordering from Escentia for a few years and always have had good service.

The last time we dealt with Escentia the experience was excellent. No reservation to call again for a repeat sales. The first response is revoked without reservation, you were confused with one supplier whose name closely resembles yours.

I have been buying from ESCENTIA ever since the owner, Roy opened up his business and was selling to and visiting clients personally. I learnt so much from Roy back in the day, starting up my aromatherapy business. Although the business has grown exponentially, you can still experience the personal touch, caring and excellent service when placing an order or requiring information on certain products.

Always keep you updated on what's happening to your order. Love the fact that the carrier oils are now in glass.

The service is excellent at all times. You dispatch consignment on time. The sales department and front lady (receptionist) are taking care of the customers.

Namaste With concern I look at your marketing campaign I don't understand why you have put the muladhara, base chakra on top and the sahasrara crown chakra at the bottom is out of alignment and destabilises the flow of energy in the body system. This use of colour, imagery, chakras reinforces devolution, the flow of energy from the spiritual to the worldly. No where in Sanathan Dharma texts, teachings of Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva, Avatars, Gurus, masters, Yogis, any of the spiritual traditions and lineages, great teachers, Shankar Acharya, Patanjali, show the chakras as inverted . Whether you are aware of this or not please consider before positioning the chakras like this to promote the worldly dominance over the spiritual . The natural flow of evolution for all beings is to return to Source. To evolve and raise ones vibration and frequency. Images, colours, symbols are very powerful tools to dominate the subconscious and subliminally create mass programming. Please contemplate , What is your intention for doing this? What are you actually promoting? Why are you positioning the chakras and their spiritual teachings to promote the dominance of the worldly over the spiritual? Kind regards Sjarn Mansoor
