I have been a customer of Escentia for many years and all staff from reception to management are very proffesional. Roy is very knowledgeable regarding the following: Use of the oils, sometimes there are several varieties of one oil. The origin of the oils. How the oils are processed. They offer good quality oils at reasonable prices and when there are price cuts, they pass it on to their clients. Always a pleasure dealing with the company.

I don't phone in too often, and things sometimes have changed since my last order. Your staff are always there to inform me and assist in every manner possible, so that I get the best experience and information that I may need about the products I am ordering. I also know that it is seldom that you do not carry what I need and that too is a blessing, one stop shopping. In this day and age that is such a boon.
