EXCELLENT SERVICE AT ALL TIMES

I have not had this Excellent service, friendliness and help in years. Matthew went the extra mile and gave me exactly what I wanted, although they did not use the same product he manage to satisfy my needs. I want to thank Matthew and Congratulate him for excellency and for a fantastic team that are hands on, Take note, they always answer their phones in time, and are very helpful. May your business be blessed.

Excellent service with integrity and professionalism.

My first purchase from Escentia was in 2011 when I returned from UK to Zimbabwe and set up my aromatherapy product range (I am a fully qualified Aromatherapist, Reflexologist & Massage Practitioner). Excellent quality oils were hard to come by back in the day. Having found Escentia - my life has bloomed and my work has blossomed in to a full blown African Apothecary based in Harare. Without Escentia and their unwavering service and ethos - I wonder where I would (or wouldn't) be now! Long may our relationship continue as we move forward and conquer the earth with essential oils, integrity and passion.
