I enlisted the services of Trust Solar to supply and install my solar system almost ten years ago. I did this as part of my retirement plan of being energy independent and to avoid the continuous outages and tariff increases faced from Eskom. We were shopping around for a solar/battery/inverter installation for our house and guesthouse and decided for Trust Solar. Not only that Tyger was going out of his way to help with planning and finance, he was always spot on until installation was completed on both properties today. In more than 20 years of business, it was also one of very few suppliers who managed to impress me a lot during the entire process. Sales side not perfect but actual installation work appears to be of high standard.

The pre-installation process is not perfect and I haven't had any contact from anybody since installation other than to pay the remaining amount when the CoC was issued. The actual product and installation process appears to be of high quality and standard.

May I take this opportunity to thank one of your Sales Agents, Johann Liebenberg ( not related to us) for his excellent after sales service. We have phoned Johann on a few occasions when the batteries on our Solar System were getting very low and we were not successful to switch to a different function. Johann has been very patient with us, always answering our call, even on a Sunday. He is always very professional, kind and solved the problems that we encountered. He even made a special effort to visit us at home to check on our system to see that all is operating well. Thank you Johann for always going the extra mile. Very happy - good quality and good prices.

The quotation, sales and installation phases went extremely smoothly. Everybody was polite and professional. Directly after the installation was completed, I had a negative experience, but that was completely resolved on a personal level. I realise that this is a big business with many departments. Management can be tough, and I can understand these difficulties. The people I dealt with personally are most courteous and professional. I can see that this business strives to satisfy their customers to the fullest. My project looks fantastic: Roof panels, as well as equipment installed in the garage. Everything works perfectly. I am almost not buying any electricity from the grid!
