The quotation, sales and installation phases went extremely smoothly. Everybody was polite and professional. Directly after the installation was completed, I had a negative experience, but that was completely resolved on a personal level. I realise that this is a big business with many departments. Management can be tough, and I can understand these difficulties. The people I dealt with personally are most courteous and professional. I can see that this business strives to satisfy their customers to the fullest. My project looks fantastic: Roof panels, as well as equipment installed in the garage. Everything works perfectly. I am almost not buying any electricity from the grid!

Once they have your money, you can forget about them acting on your concerns. Only promises via WhatsApp, but no action. I often wait a few days for them to even read my answers and further queries - and that is often in response to their requests. If they are too busy, then they must get more people to deal with every customer equally. Wasn’t actually aware that the people I signed the deal with, which is another company, was going to completely divert me to here. Be careful choosing sellers and installers who are partnerships. If I had known, I would have gone with a single company. I wasn’t actually referred by a friend, had to choose that option because there wasn’t more to choose from. I basically had no say in choosing an installer.
