Excellent friendly and extremely helpful!!!!

My travel agents are Jessy&Mulemwa I have always been helped in the most friendly manner and on one occasion way past office working hours!!!! Feel much more at ease when booking through ARC Save Travel, cause I know they will gladly help and assist me in any travelling predicament!!! They have their clients back at all times!!!!!

They are very efficient and very helpful

I am very satisfied with the services. Even when abroad, when I am in need of changing my booking they are swift and quick to respond. More especially Musonda Mubiana, he is patient and quick to respond.

First class attentive service

Good customer care

ARC gave us very excellent customer care. We were let down by our first day activity with sultan tours in Zanzibar. The phone to ARC had all sorted out with an hour and the activity was assigned to mango travel and tours
