Our Moccamaster coffee maker is about 12 years old. It is used everyday and still performs well. I wanted to replace some of the plastic parts that had degraded a little. I was able to find the exact components and have them delivered within a few days.

When I ordered my coffee machine I ordered it with the EU plug when I needed the Uk plug. The customer service team realised this and contacted me to change my order to the correct one. Great customer service.

It takes the best of all the coffee beans and is so simple to use.

- On the promised delivery date, only the filter bags arrived, no coffee machine. A week later the moccamaster arrived, but this device caused a power outage twice. Return process was easy, the second decive works fine.

I ordered the machine from the Netherlands, but it had to be delivered to Portugal during a very narrow time window when I was there. Fabian helped me choose the right time to place the order, ensuring that the machine arrived exactly when I needed it. I highly recommend both the Moccamaster itself and ordering directly from the Moccamaster website. An exceptional product backed by equally exceptional customer service.

Easy smooth in choosing the machine and the accessories

I bought this to limit plastic in my life while also making concessions for convenience. A French Press was too cumbersome in the morning. I can essentially eliminate heated plastic with aftermarket parts, but with further expense on top of an already pricey coffee maker. Please... the, "we use the plastic we use plastic to ensure quality" line is just a copout. Plastic maximizes profits. I would be interested in a no plastic parts kit, ASAP. Please get with the times and make it happen.

We have coffee machine in black matt, very beautiful colour, very special. Coffee is easy to prepare and very tasty! We drink coffee a lot, so the whole size is perfect for us to the morning coffee time.

Fantastic service and very responsive! I sent an email to inform that one of items was shattered, they responded the same day and the item was sent to replace the next day. — the machine itself is perfect and easy to use and I have no doubt on its quality.

Easy, fast, qualitative

An excellent coffee machine - easy to use - excellent results. Overall experience was coloured by an initial failure to deliver by DPD, who gave the reason as ¨no contact information¨ on the package. Recovery action of asking for the package to be delivered to a local DPD service point was easy to do and successful.

I ordered the item on the English version of the website, the address of delivery was outside of NL… yet, all the emails, all the communication after ordering having to do with payment/confirmation/delivery, was always in Dutch. WTF

While the build quality is undeniable, the final cup was a bit too mild for my personal preference. My main concern was the water distribution; the showerhead tends to saturate a single point rather than the entire bed, requiring manual stirring to ensure even extraction. This takes away from the 'set it and forget it' convenience I expect from a premium brewer. On a positive note, the customer service was exceptional—the return process was seamless, and I received a full refund shortly after returning the unit

The product is excellent, makes delicious coffee and looks great. The shipping company chosen was really terrible and very frustrating indeed. For this level of product and shipping price they shouldn’t use a cheap local company. They should use DHL, UPS, FedEx. So it really delayed and spoiled the purchasing experience. I wouldn’t buy online from them again. Would rather find a store.

Not much more to say. The coffee is clean, perfect temperature and tasty. Worth it.

I ordered a spare thermal jug that must have chipped in transit or something because it broke upon first use. Customer support responded quickly and replaced it, no questions asked.
