This is my second moccamaster. My first is 5 years old and has been giving me some problems. I was worried it would quit so I bought a new one

Lovely coffee, easy ordering and delivery.

Fantastic service and very responsive! I sent an email to inform that one of items was shattered, they responded the same day and the item was sent to replace the next day. — the machine itself is perfect and easy to use and I have no doubt on its quality.

Easy, fast, qualitative

An excellent coffee machine - easy to use - excellent results. Overall experience was coloured by an initial failure to deliver by DPD, who gave the reason as ¨no contact information¨ on the package. Recovery action of asking for the package to be delivered to a local DPD service point was easy to do and successful.

I ordered the item on the English version of the website, the address of delivery was outside of NL… yet, all the emails, all the communication after ordering having to do with payment/confirmation/delivery, was always in Dutch. WTF

While the build quality is undeniable, the final cup was a bit too mild for my personal preference. My main concern was the water distribution; the showerhead tends to saturate a single point rather than the entire bed, requiring manual stirring to ensure even extraction. This takes away from the 'set it and forget it' convenience I expect from a premium brewer. On a positive note, the customer service was exceptional—the return process was seamless, and I received a full refund shortly after returning the unit

The product is excellent, makes delicious coffee and looks great. The shipping company chosen was really terrible and very frustrating indeed. For this level of product and shipping price they shouldn’t use a cheap local company. They should use DHL, UPS, FedEx. So it really delayed and spoiled the purchasing experience. I wouldn’t buy online from them again. Would rather find a store.

Not much more to say. The coffee is clean, perfect temperature and tasty. Worth it.

I ordered a spare thermal jug that must have chipped in transit or something because it broke upon first use. Customer support responded quickly and replaced it, no questions asked.

Very easy selecting and purchasing the machine on the moccamaster website, happy to pick exactly the color I wanted. The machine is very easy to setup and operate, and brews good coffee. When I had an issue it was very easy to fix it with customer service. Thanks!!

We were tired of our French press, and after reading so many rave reviews of the Moccamaster, we ordered one. It arrived faster than we expected -- which was a nice surprise. The machine is well-built, super easy to operate and to clean, and makes great coffee. The real disappointment is with the glass carafe: the glass is alarmingly thin and seems very fragile. Its plastic lid feels cheap, flies open too easily, and slips off the carafe unexpectedly if you're not careful. The carafe's quality seems like such a terrible oversight for an otherwise wonderful, solidly constructed product.

I had one before a few years ago I gave it away very sorry for doing this.. I had a few coffee machine since much more expensive,and not nearly as good. So needless to say I'll be keeping this one fantastic coffee machine so easy to use and just great coffee.

Lovely coffee machine, beautifully designed and very easy to use. If you want efficiency too - and who wouldn’t? - this is simply the best there is on the market. Can’t recommend too highly.

I don’t regret buying it at all. I did a lot of research and tested several machines before choosing this one. In the end, I use a Nespresso for quick, flavored coffees, and the Moccamaster complements it perfectly for long work‑from‑home days (and weekends). The machine is simple, fast, and makes a really good coffee—something I enjoy sipping throughout the entire day. With Nespresso, the coffee is much stronger, and once you’ve had one, you usually don’t feel like having another. The Moccamaster is the opposite: smooth, enjoyable, and great to drink cup after cup. What I don’t like is that the glass pot and the surrounding plastic don’t feel as durable as the rest of the machine.

Too expensive for this level of quality, and less than average delivery time span

Yes, the Moccamaster makes the best coffee hands-down. But the look and feel are disappointing - I paid north of 250€ for a 50€ coffee maker with a showerhead. The thermos lid doesn‘t even have a lid that auto-opens and closes when put under the filter and taken away. Is the coffee quality worth it? Maybe. I would not recommend buying it unless budget isn‘t any concern and you‘re really foing for the extra 20% in coffee quality.
