Top quality coffee maker great value and super quick delivery.. i would suggest that u pair this purchase item with filters when selling now having beautiful coffee at home

Excellent quality machines with great customer experience.

Quick and simple order. Product as expected. Quickly I was able to enjoy my great coffee again.

The website is easy to use and the shipping was quick.

Fijn apparaat simpel te bedien en vrij geruisloos.

Very good product. Nice design. Coffee is great. But I expected it to be more solid, heavy. The black removable cover is easy but it makes it look cheaper. Overall I am very satisfied but I am trying to give tips for improving. Probably the bigger machines are the best, but for me the one cup version is the perfect compromise.

moccamaster kbg filter coffeemaker makes really great coffee. However, it is a terrible shame that lids, filter basket, jug etc can't go into the dishwasher to get super clean and free of coffee oils; they have to be washed and rinsed carefully by hand after every use. That means by me. Every other coffeemaker (more than two other major brands) that I own has dishwasher-safe parts and they don't suffer from a normal cleaning cycle. Especially helpful as people often leave the cleaning up for the next person. I'd definitely recommend the machine for brew quality, but with the caveat that you pay for the pleasure by having to wash up afterwards.

Great product.

We left America for a new adventure in the EU. We had to leave our American voltage Moccamaster but I quickly found the Moccamaster for the EU and ordered plus a burr grinder. Same great quality and a wonderful customer service who helped when I accidentally ordered the UK plug grinder. Thank you I now have my Moccamaster here on the beach. Wish you sold cars too.

Really stellar ordering process from start to finish. Was easy to find information on what I was thinking of purchasing, then once the decision was made was also easy to get the colour I wanted and all the products I needed. Shipping was very fast, much faster than expected and the box was packed well and the product safe inside. Been using my new Moccamaster for a bit now and it's excellent! Highly recommend.

These are the best coffee makers on the planet.

This product is extremely dangerous and should probably not be on the market anywhere. Given as a gift, assembly was straight forward and operated for two brews. When using for the 3rd time, coffee brewed as normal, the nozzle was replaced with the screw top for the thermos jug. My partner took the jug to the cup to pour the coffee when the flask liner, in her words exploded followed by its hot contents coming straight out of the bottom of the flask over her the work surface and floor. Part from the shock this caused her reluctance to go anywhere near the machine. Once I had come to my partners assistance settled her nerves, I cleared the mess and assess any reason for why this had happened I checked the internet for any similar instances. There are many repeated instances of this happening and reactions from the makers are mixed in responding.

Everything worked fine from order/expedition to reception and try out. I appreciate the quality.

Having reviewed filter coffee makers for a while, the Moccamaster stood out, and it doesn’t disappoint.. it makes beautiful coffee, and looks great in my kitchen. Delighted with it, the great customer service and very fast delivery.

Our Moccamaster coffee maker is about 12 years old. It is used everyday and still performs well. I wanted to replace some of the plastic parts that had degraded a little. I was able to find the exact components and have them delivered within a few days.

When I ordered my coffee machine I ordered it with the EU plug when I needed the Uk plug. The customer service team realised this and contacted me to change my order to the correct one. Great customer service.

It takes the best of all the coffee beans and is so simple to use.

- On the promised delivery date, only the filter bags arrived, no coffee machine. A week later the moccamaster arrived, but this device caused a power outage twice. Return process was easy, the second decive works fine.

Nothing to complain. Good experience in the whole process, from website to ordering and delivery. Great!

Great coffee machine, no downsides

I am super happy that the quality and craftmanship of the product is reflected in their customer service as well as fast and safe delivery. Thank you for all the coffee moments.

Here's a polished, natural-sounding English version: This is my third Moccamaster (not counting the machines we use at the office), this time purchased for my home in Portugal. It's a country famous for its excellent coffee, but after years of using a Moccamaster, it's hard to change my habits. I bought my first Moccamaster in 2017, and I've been using one ever since. Depending on which city I'm in, there's always a Moccamaster waiting for me. Over the years, the machines have proven to be incredibly reliable, and the coffee quality has remained consistently outstanding. It's one of those purchases I've never regretted. I'd also like to thank Fabian Gerrits for his outstanding customer service, responsiveness, and advice. I ordered the machine from the Netherlands, but it had to be delivered to Portugal during a very narrow time window when I was there. Fabian helped me choose the right time to place the order, ensuring that the machine arrived exactly when I needed it. I highly recommend both the Moccamaster itself and ordering directly from the Moccamaster website. An exceptional product backed by equally exceptional customer service.
