good product, shipping took longer than expected

The coffee is good, it brews a cup of coffee so quickly in less than 2 minutes, but the coffee is not warm enough to my liking, i daily have to boil water on the side and add it to make my coffee warm enough.

Really happy with my new Moccamaster! Looks wonderful and makes very nice coffee. However, if - as suggested in one of the coffee forums - i give the grinds a quick stir about a third of the way through the brewing process, there is a noticeable improvement. All in all, delighted with my new coffee machine!

Moccamaster KBGT is a wonderful coffee machine

No comparison, this is by far the best coffee maker.

The buying, the receiving and the packaging are very good. The unit is well well built and works very well. It does make coffee in 6 minutes or so and does make good coffee. The caraffe retains heat very well but pore coffee a little bit to slowly but that ain't that much annoying.

Love me coffee maker. It makes amazing coffee every time. I needed help form the Moccamaster team after placing my order and they were extremely helpful! The dispatch and delivery was always lighting fast. 5/5

We recently purchased a KBG coffee machine as well as a KM5 coffee grinder.Both matt black. The delivery was fast. We are very happy with both products. We have noticed a substantial improvement in our way of drinking coffee. The only drawback we have is that the coffee machine is a little bit wobbly or uneven. So we have had to put something under one of the legs to fix it on our own. Otherwise, everything is fantastic!

It was very easy to order and the delivery was on time.

I first bought a Cup-One (orange version) which is my everyday coffee provider at work.....all my co-worker are appreciating the quality of the coffee. Later I bought a KBGT for my family and never again made coffee by capsules.

I bought a refurbished machine and everything was perfect.

My only comment is that the instructions read like they were translated by AI- some very foolish sentences ( Ie. 'suitable for use by 8 year olds'!!) A professional english speaking proof reader should have been employed to a least edit this. John
