Espero tener muchos años para valorarla. Está cafetera no es para valorarla al recibirla, sino para evaluarla después de años de uso. Obviamente la recepción es buena y la sensación que transmite es de calidad. Todo funciona como está previsto.

We recently purchased a KBG coffee machine as well as a KM5 coffee grinder.Both matt black. The delivery was fast. We are very happy with both products. We have noticed a substantial improvement in our way of drinking coffee. The only drawback we have is that the coffee machine is a little bit wobbly or uneven. So we have had to put something under one of the legs to fix it on our own. Otherwise, everything is fantastic!

It was very easy to order and the delivery was on time.

I first bought a Cup-One (orange version) which is my everyday coffee provider at work.....all my co-worker are appreciating the quality of the coffee. Later I bought a KBGT for my family and never again made coffee by capsules.

I bought a refurbished machine and everything was perfect.

My only comment is that the instructions read like they were translated by AI- some very foolish sentences ( Ie. 'suitable for use by 8 year olds'!!) A professional english speaking proof reader should have been employed to a least edit this. John

Great service and responsiveness. There was a problem with my order but they addressed it immediately and delivered the missing part the next day.

Delivery service decided they don’t want to deliver my order stating address was incorrect. However the tracking system showed all correct. Customer service just fed me with apologies saying they’re asking to re-try the delivery. After 2-3 weeks of waiting the order ended up returned to the sender. As i asked to re-try with a different service. However i was rejected by the customer service with no way/suggestions on how to proceed with the situation. I’ve spent way too much time and it was frustrating. I ended up buying a product from a different brand/vendor.

VERY GOOD

With just a few tweaks the machine could be great! For example having to push the pin through the plastic filter is such a hassle and seems to be more of a retrospective design flaw. On several occasions when I’ve forgotten to do this, the water has spilled over creating a terrible mess! The machine does look like the marketing picture, but I was disappointed with the cheap looking and feeling black plastic top. I would gladly have paid more to have a quality lid - perhaps made with the same material as the body of the machine. I understand that it’s all about the price and marketing but I’m sure the majority of coffee connoisseurs would see it as a worthwhile investment. The lid really lets the over all appearance if the machine down.

I know the moccamaster machine, they are very good. Unfortunately, the company does not deliver to the Canary islands, where I live and the money was refunded. So, I had to look to another chanel to get a machine delivered.

you need a nice spout so it can pour well into small cups

A reliable and beautifully engineered machine that was recently reviewed as the best quality filter coffee machine, by no less than The Guardian newspaper. Swiftly delivered with no issues. I chose the mint green colour which sits prettily in my low budget kitchen makeover. My two cups of coffee every morning is a daily ritual I love and my new Moccamaster KBG select is providing a perfect brew each time. Congratulations to the Dutch team behind it!

Simple check out, Great packaging and amazing product

I purchased a refurbished black model and it arrived with only a slight sign it was not a new model. I think the refurbished option is a good one considering the price and good warranty that comes with it. It arrived very well packaged and was easy to setup. As a comment, we had ordered a refurbished black model before but sent it back because it was badly damaged on the heating plate and overall very dirty. It was accepted as returned without hassle and cost but you may need to be aware that you will perhaps need to try twice to get your dream machine.

Great service and answers to my question before purchase. Safe delivery well wrapped up and now I’m enjoying tje tastiest coffee from a beautiful machine.
