package sent with DPD did not arrive at my door

DPD did not try to leave the package at my door but took it straight to a collection point, which is very inconvenient for me to access. This shipping option does not work for you. By comparison, Amazon comes to the door or finds a way to leave packages every time without fail. We like our coffee maker but now need to find another source for the cleaning supplies

Good Taste but its not warm enough

The coffee is good, it brews a cup of coffee so quickly in less than 2 minutes, but the coffee is not warm enough to my liking, i daily have to boil water on the side and add it to make my coffee warm enough.

Really happy with my new Moccamaster! Looks wonderful and makes very nice coffee. However, if - as suggested in one of the coffee forums - i give the grinds a quick stir about a third of the way through the brewing process, there is a noticeable improvement. All in all, delighted with my new coffee machine!
