easy to place an order but would appreciate more status info

The first time I heard about the delivery was the day when the local carrier was delivering the package. No information on the shipping or tracking number between order and delivery date

The master of black coffee

Coffee machine parts arrived in a timely fashion and in good condition considering there fragility.

User experience was good fragile package arrived undamaged in a timely manner, shipping however was very expensive almost as expensive as the items ordered. No option of free shipping for over €75 spend etc. for a customer who uses one of your machines and was ordering a replacement part I was disappointed by this.

Cool vintage design, outstanding cofee

Fast to choose from the list (hopefully only 3 models!), 4 business days delivery and now that I have already brewed coffe, it is really high quality. I came from a pour over brewing every morning and no difference. And the coffe is kept hot for some time. High quality materials.

Amazing service, Amazing Coffee Machine

Ordered the KBG Select and the service on the 02/08/2024 and received it on the 06/08/2024. The delivery was fast and the package was perfectly accommodated. The KGB Select is great and i would recommend it to everyone who loves drip coffee.

Good

I was really looking forward to taste our new coffee machine. Unfortunately, our machine didn’t work ( machine which are tested), we send it back same day. We are still waiting a replacement. I will update my review when I will receive my coffee machine. Update: coffee machine is excellent. Makes wonderful coffee. Very easy to use. Shame about the initial coffee machine and the delay to receive the replacement.

Coffee machine not working, still waiting to receive my coffee machine

Refurbished machines are chefs kiss

Ordered on the Friday and was at my door on Wednesday. A great experience, the machine is flawless. I made our first coffee this morning and look forward to having this as an everyday machine we use.

Disappointed

We purchased a moccamaster from you in April whilst at our house in France, unfortunately it came with a chip out of the enamel hotplate. I suggested to you that we would keep it, if you would kindly give us a discount as we would like to purchase a further one for our house in England, the answer came back no discount. Dear Mr Jolin, Thank you for your review and I’m sorry to read you are disappointed in our service. We want our customers to have the best experience with our machines and this includes a fully functional an proper hotplate. The damage on the hotplate could cause rust on it and this would eventually spread over the entire hotplate. This is why we offered you to send back the damaged Moccamaster without charge so we can replace it for a new one. We declined your request for discount because we believe you would experience trouble with the hotplate in the near future and have to return it anyway.
