Very Bad sales experience, medium support experience
My goal was to have a 10u rack in the Roubaix datacenter.I try by the gui to order the rack but it was not possible to specify the location.I ask the support to cancel the order and to help me to get a quote for a 10u rack in Roubaix. The support was ok, they cancel the order and ask the sales team to provide the quotation.2 days after I receive a mail from Serverion asking me to pay immediately for the order that has been cancelled by the support.I ask them to switch to a quotation for 10u rack in Roubaix but they never answered. Then 1 day later they remove my access to the support ticket because I have not pay for the cancelled order.I resend an email to info email to find a way to progress on the topic but I never receive an answer.
