It is working now as I hoped but it took a few days to get my laptop properly configured. I tried a 3 day trial version and could not get any support during that period. When I did get a response from their support team they were very responsive but it took 2-3 more days before the software worked and only after they took over my laptop remotely to make some further configuration changes. I use Getflix to watch content in Australia while I am living in The Netherlands. It connects immediately and does not have the bandwidth overhead that a VPN only product has and which was the reason for me wanting to try a SmartDNS solution. I would still like to try the VPN option when I need that security for banking or unsecure WiFi use. I have not configured it yet for use on my iPad and iPhone. One side affect of my use on the laptop is that I cannot use the 5G kHz wifi band as the configuration changes are not compatible with mirroring my screen to my Smart TV. I am using the 2.4 kHz wifi band instead.

Had an issue connecting and wrote an email thinking it would take 24 hours to get a reply. Within minutes, I received instructions and they were spot on. Quick solution. Thanks.

Getrflix is first rate...I tell everyone that, because it's true...works almost faultlessly, and the times it hiccups might be at my end, who knows. I am always able to stir the pot, and get it working perfectly. I haven't given a 5 star rating, as for some reason, which I don't in this instance consider to be my fault, I was frustrated in not getting the usually fast response to a question to Getflix express. Great smart DNS for bypassing regional blocking and it also includes I pretty fast VPN. Great for accessing overseas streaming services and is also very economical, best value I could find to date and I've been with them for 10+ years, I can't fault the service. Also has great technical support, usually get an answer within an hour.

Getflix is not perfect. Occasionally there are problems with their backend servers which enable the service. However customer service is always quick to respond. They can't always fix the problem immediately but they always very responsive.

Had an issue related to choosing between and configuring Full VPN or Smart DNS for a router config. Team was patient and walked me through what to check and what was happening, bonus that I learn't something along the way.

Installing Getflix DNS settings onto my router caused internet to crash. Determined that ISP was blocking. With Ben from Getflix support I got the ISP to provide a static IP which solved the issue.
