courteous and efficient service

These guys are great, their service is also great. Been with them for years.

Every once in awhile they have some problems but lately it’s more stable and the support team have been working a little faster and they keep you informed when the problem is solved.

Quite easy to set up and available on main platforms Getflix helped me to reach services that I normally can't in my country, even if they are totally free elsewhere... On top of taht the flow rate does not look impacted at all (to me).

I've been using Getflix for a while. The instructions and settings are easy to follow. The support team is also very prompt. I've only faced one issue so far, but the team got back immediately and I was able to use it again with minimum downtime.

I've been using Getflix for more than 10 years now and it's been great. Very cheap and does a great job of unblocking overseas websites, we particularly use it to access BBC (iPlayer) from Australia. In addition, you get a good/fast VPN for no extra cost. Although I have rarely needed to use it, Technical support is great and i usually get useful responses quickly.

When I contact these support guys with a problem it’s more than likely caused by me fiddling with the GetFlix app. They get me sorted and back on track every time.

The team are on the ball and help with any query. The replies are fast and easy to understand.

The Getflix Team were swift in resolving by vpn issue. They provided a clear and concise solution to my issue and they always are great in communicating with any issues I might have.

I love this app but especially the support that is always quick to fix an issue.

I found t access the programmes that were working on my streaming device. They were very helpful and now I can view all the channels I love.

I cannot commend the Getflix team enough for their responsiveness. After experiencing IP address update issues using the links, Getflix didn’t just give me a generic fix—they actually updated their server functionality. They’ve now added a Beta feature for manual IP updates specifically to address my needs. The communication was transparent and professional throughout. It’s rare to find a company that listens to user feedback and deploys production-level changes this quickly. 5 stars!
