Getflix is fantastic; I've been using it for years. During that time, I only needed their support twice, and both times they resolved the issue quickly.

I've been very happy with VPN service for internet access. I had a question in regards to my subscription when I sent an email over the weekend. It was surprisingly quick in answering my request.

The product works as advertised. My inquiry to Kiyoh was to ask if it could do something it doesn't advertise. The answer was no, and that's fine.

I've had a subscription for probably close to 10 years. Have had to contact support maybe 4 or 5 times. On each occasion I've had a quick response from a real person within an hour.
