Quick and efficient resolution to my Disney+ access problem!

I can depend on Getflix : great understandable support very promptly, when something goes wrong;

I have twice had to ask for support getting into BBC: once it was a Timezone problem and an about a year later a change of IP address. Both times the support was very quick to reply with instructions I could easily follow.

Reliable most of the time for unblocking hotstar in Germany

It worked reliably during the whole IPL season. I could enjoy 4k streaming without buffering issues. The customer support is functional, effective and fast in resolutions. Keep it up!

VPN works fine. Serviceteam does a great job

Once I had an issue on my TV. The app didn't work. It got fixed with a new software in record time. The service team are real and competent people that really help. Thanks again. I am in my second year now with Getflix and they even gave me a discount for my next two years.

Very good value, but not perfect

The Getflix Smart DNS Service works well. We are in New Zealand and use it to watch TV programmes from the UK. You have to do one click online to update the IP address every week or two, but it only takes a few seconds, so no big deal. The price is very good. The only thing to be careful of is the customer service system. If you need help, which I have needed a couple of times in the last few years, the response is very fast. But sometimes the advice is incorrect, so you need to ask for a different agent if that happens. Overall, I'm happy with it.

Asking for support from the website never seems to work for me. But sending directly to the support email always works. Don't know why.
