Quick clear responses. They do well at understanding the issue and don't ask for info already given. They give a positive response when suggestions are made. Not that support is required often, mostly it just works, economically and reliably.
Any time I have needed help from them, they have always been available, so quick for customer service. These days that's unusual. I have been with them since 2016.

Have been using Getflix for years, now. Tried other solutions but never found anything as stable and as easy to set up.
Happy Getflix customer since 2016. On the very odd occasion that I've had to contact support I've had a pleasant experience. I've recently had an issue which was promptly escalated & acted upon extremely quickly. I would certainly recommend the service to anyone without the slightest hesitation.

I have used getflix dns service to be able watch including Discovery plus, Hulu and so far it is working great. They are also happily extending their service to cover many more streaming services.

I've been using getflix for a couple of years now and service has been very good overall. Recently, I had a problem with my credit card and asked them to refund my payment and charge a different card (for reasons I won't get into here). I expected it would be a huge hassle as it was really not their problem, however, customer service was very responsive, credited my account straight away, and helped me make arrangements to charge a different card. All done in a couple of days. Thanx guys!

Was very impressed with the very fast response to my problem - within about 30 mins I think (and on a Saturday). Was also impressed with their level of support, and the fact they were able to sort out my problem so quickly, which I had thought would be really hard to do

I’ve had Getflix for just over 10 years. It has been very reliable, and has never let me down. I also sometimes use Getflix’s Full VPN which is useful. The dashboard feature on a web browser when logged in is simple and concise. Also the help pages are very easy to follow, and contain the exact information needed (for example, setting up DNS, Full VPN etc).

Fantastic service for US streaming and geo-blocked content! All the major platforms work smoothly and the price is unbeatable. I had a small issue at the beginning, but support solved it right away. Totally recommended! Would love to see a dedicated TV app in the future.
