I issued 3 service tickets from Safari on my iPad. Didn’t get any response. Then I requested the service and opened the ticket from Safari on my Mac, got immediate response and issue resolved.

I've been through three or four products that allow you to watch television in different countries and this is the absolute best. it always works, and when it doesn't the support guys are almost immediately there to help you, 99.99% of the time they get you an answer straight away. The only time anything has ever stumped them, is when I couldn't get my Roku device to work with Channel 4 on demand from the UK. I had to convince them that there was nothing wrong with the setup of my network because I had laptops working fine connecting to the same router. I finally got through to somebody who suggested that I set my Roku to Greenwich Mean Time, and that fixed things.

I’ve been using Getflix for years to access English language tv in Germany. Many US and UK channels and apps are unlocked at my router and just work for everyone in the house. My AppLe TV can switch from streaming the BBC to HBO, Paramount+, US Apple TV+ and many more. When issues do arise, their support is excellent and has resolved my problems quickly. I cannot recommend them enough!
