They respond pretty quick, but I think they still have a lot of growing to do and understanding that not everybody is as technically savvy as they are because they’re coming from a place of knowing. At the same time, I do appreciate the fact that they respond quickly

Been using Getflix for over 5 years - It works great. When certain sites block VPN's and DNS proxy services - Getflix is always on top of it with a timely fix!

I've been using Getflix for 11 years now. Their Smart DNS and VPN services are excellent, and I use them daily. Issues are rare, but when something does come up, their customer service is quick, courteous, and effective. Just recently, one service stopped working due to changes on the streaming service’s end (not Getflix's fault), and Getflix promptly identified the issue, made the fix, and followed up to confirm everything was working again. I'm a happy long-term customer and recommend Getflix to family and friends when appropriate.

I found Getflix difficult to use. It's probably easier for tech savvy users but I found it difficult and confusing. Once someone else had set it up for me it worked well. Once I no longer needed it and cancelled my subscription it really became annoying as I could not remove the app and popup that took over my laptop. Customer support was quick and eventually very helpful and for that I give them 5 stars. Thanks to Hitomi P I was eventually able to remove the app.
