The only thing better than the product is the service!

I've been through three or four products that allow you to watch television in different countries and this is the absolute best. it always works, and when it doesn't the support guys are almost immediately there to help you, 99.99% of the time they get you an answer straight away. The only time anything has ever stumped them, is when I couldn't get my Roku device to work with Channel 4 on demand from the UK. I had to convince them that there was nothing wrong with the setup of my network because I had laptops working fine connecting to the same router. I finally got through to somebody who suggested that I set my Roku to Greenwich Mean Time, and that fixed things.

Unlocked all my channels and apps

I’ve been using Getflix for years to access English language tv in Germany. Many US and UK channels and apps are unlocked at my router and just work for everyone in the house. My AppLe TV can switch from streaming the BBC to HBO, Paramount+, US Apple TV+ and many more. When issues do arise, their support is excellent and has resolved my problems quickly. I cannot recommend them enough!

Great response time and useful first request to information.

Great response time and some very useful first response requests for information together with detailed instructions. Subsequent emails have been quick and helpful. Problem mostly resolved and could well be and issue my end - we will see.

Quick and efficient resolution to my Disney+ access problem!

Anthony was able to quickly and efficiently diagnose the issue I had with accessing Disney+ on my AppleTV and the Disney+ website. The matter was resolved in about 15 minutes with a couple of emails.

I can depend on Getflix : great understandable support very promptly, when something goes wrong;

I have twice had to ask for support getting into BBC: once it was a Timezone problem and an about a year later a change of IP address. Both times the support was very quick to reply with instructions I could easily follow.

Reliable most of the time for unblocking hotstar in Germany

It worked reliably during the whole IPL season. I could enjoy 4k streaming without buffering issues. The customer support is functional, effective and fast in resolutions. Keep it up!
