I have been using Smart DNS for a couple of years mainly for U.K. T.V in Spain I have tried others but these seem to be more consistent. They give a DNS thats so easy to set up in a router to cover lots of devices at once. Its fast and works in any old router, also in P.Cs and other devices directly. The VPN is also easy to set up in a pc or phone etc a bit more complicated in a router that must have a vpn capability. I struggled to do this at first so contacted there help email. Got a reply within the hour very detailed and informative and personalized not AI. (i was using the router pw instesd of the DNS sign in one) but then I am a pensioner! The price...amazing cheaper and better than others I have used. Why am I here on this site. They put a link on the bottom of there email. Would I give a review, it could have been a bad one, but its not!

Ran into an issue with Amazon Prime Video and my Echo Dot not working through their India channel. Reached out to support, and their Network Team quickly identified and fixed the problem on their end. Everything's working perfectly again now. Responsive, clear communication throughout — great support experience.

Had no major issues with the vpn

No longer need it . Shame they not cancel sooner and have to wait til February 2027 as not used since 2024 . Such waste of money

Known problem - fixed within a few hours

I have found their service reliable and if you do contact them they give you a clear and honest answer (don’t automatically blame your setup).

As much as it is irritating that I get issues, the team are always prompt with replies and give me the correct info I need.. They are professional too, understand what my needs are and guide me to get the best results.

Alough problems seem to be more frequent, a fix is normally provided within a few hours. Some times even in the middle of the night. All in all a fast and efficient service.
