Very knowledgeable

Have been using SmartDNS for years you can't get better. They go above and beyond to resolve your issue. Wonderful people i doubt if you would get customer service like theirs anywhare else?

I have purcahsed their plan 2 months back. From last 15 days, I am facing issues to receive the service. I have wrote multiple email to team and they are not able to resolve and not even reply sometime. I am asking for refund as I am not getting the services, they are not even issuing the refund. Worst service Ever

Quick to respond to problems, and really impressive speed to resolve an issue I was having.

Service is reliable but if there ever is an issue the support has been excellent and helpful in resolving issues. After recent changes to F1TV, their technical team worked hard to find a solution and kept me updated when a fix always in place.

Had an issue. Received updates as to issue being resolved. Answer came within stated time line.

On the rare occasions that I have experienced a problem with my Smart DNS service, the support techs have been able to resolve the issue almost immediately. I can strongly recommend their service.

I could not get through on the phone so I started an email dialogue and I received great response and my activation problem was resolved within 6 hours

I use a VPN client I prefer, rather than use the one provided by Smart DNS Proxy. It works for me - or rather it didn't. I contacted support to ask their opinion. I realised I was asking for support for a third-party product so I wasn't hopeful for a resolution to my issue. When a first proposed solution didn't work for me, Smart DNS Proxy went the extra mile and completely resolved the issue, unique to my setup. I have a lifetime subscription. It didn't cost a lot. I certainly didn't expect the quality of support I received. I wholeheartedly recommend Smart DNS Proxy. In a word - Outstanding.
