Simple and easy to use. Great support.

I haven’t been using it for several years without any issues. A recent network issue I had was found and resolved and repaired within a few hours. The support is very responsive. I highly recommend.

Easiest VPN

I use Apple TV while traveling and the connectivity is flawless and also works on my MacBook and iPhone while out of the US… I’ve tried it in Mexico, Argentina, Columbia, and I’m able to get all my US shows!

INSTANT ACTION

On return to USA from UK I need to view my usual UK tv. ONE email from me to SMART DNS to say I am in back in USA and I am connected INSTANTLY IN LESS THAN 2 MINUTES. FANTASTIC THANK YOU.

If I get an issue, SmartDNS are there to support me

With this kind of service you expect occasional issues but what I find unique with SmartDNS is that they are responsive to any support request/ questions. That support is conducted with a real person and they are very helpful, great at triage and importantly finding the required solution.
