awesome customer support

Solid; responsive

Geofencing is always being improved, so service outages will happen. What makes Smart DNS Proxy different is that they respond to these outages and repair them very quickly.

Tech support to the rescue

Despite suffering from a rather difficult to identify smart DNS issue affecting UK sites only, the problem was resolved after much interaction with the technical support team. As ever they were helpful and communicative, managed to identify the problem and then implement the necessary network changes to resolve the issue. I have been using Smart DNS Proxy for several years now and would highly recommend them.

I've rarely needed to contact support for any issues, but when I have, they have been prompt to respond, and manage to resolve the issue quickly too. Very effective and well supported

After an update of the broadcasters there are sometimes problems in accessing your favs. These guys are on the case pretty quick and a lot cheaper than a VPN

Great!
