Been using SmartDNS for years, as an expatiate abroad this gives us good access to services at home. The few times I've had issues, support has been rapid and resolved the issue first time.

Overall, great service, any problems are met with immediate correspondence, if not immediately, issues are always resolved within a reasonable timeframe. A++++++ company and technical staff.

I'm a complete tech nerd and expected to face set-up issues. I'm in Mexico in my RV and hoped to again get all my streaming US channels with a DNS change. After I tried and still couldn't figure it out I contacted the Help line and they sent me a simple fix I followed and shazam! everything now works fine! They were fast, efficient and great to work with.

The support staff are always on the ball and always fix the problem quickly and without fuss. 15/10 would recommend
