Great service and same day technical support. I use their DNS proxy service and their VPN.

since 2015 Smart DNS has been a much needed app and has always performed 100% with the support of an excellent staff of technicians. if my circumstances had not changed i would continue to subscribe to their service.

We had some problems after years of using Smart DNS and it wasn’t that easy to get through to human support but we got through eventually and the customer service worked. It just takes a while to get past the AI bot.

I have used the service several times over the years. I have been very happy. On the the occasions I needed supper they have always been helpful, professional and responsive.

I've been using Smart DNS Proxy for years and believe it to be one of the very best VPN's out there. Exceptional support staff for any issues or problems too.

For the past 10+ years we have used the Smart DND Proxy service and it has been amazing. As with any service small issues crop up with the need to contact support. All I can say is each time support was amazing, quick, sometimes in a couple of hours, some a little longer but always with either a fix or an explanation. Anyone thinking of subscribing to SDNSP do it. You won't look back

On the whole I have never had any issues with this service. A few downtimes in more than 5 years but who doesn't have downtime. As with all service providers it can be hit or miss when dealing with a support agent. When dealing with a below average agent, ask for it to be escalated and you do receive top quality support. My only gripe is slow and poor notifications when the service is experiencing an issue. This could be handled in a better. Having said all this, I would recommend using this service.

I had to ask why one local streaming service was not working and a reply came within an hour. Their advice which was simply to update a Region configuration which took me 30 seconds to do, worked like a charm ! I'm very happy with this company.

I have been with Smart DNS Proxy now for over 10 years, and one thing I can say is that they do not disappoint - at all! When they say you have a life-time discounted rate, they mean it. And, as far as I know, in just over a decade, they have never had any downtime or service interruption, which really speaks to their dependability. *** Highly Recommended!!! ***

Things don't always go right and I've been with SmartDNS for years and years without any problems. Today there is a problem and unfortunately the only time you need customer support is when there's a problem - so those people only ever receive problems ! It's at these times when customer support is tested - and SmartDNS have been remarkable - none of the usual things like reboot, reinstall, try this and try that - all the standard tactics to deflect the fact that there is a problem at the moment - and it's theirs ! It takes a lot to be honest - hands up and sorry but we're working on it and it'll be fixed ... so really great ! Maybe not what you wanted to hear but you feel that you've been treated with respect ... and you can't get better support than that !
