Support emails arrive quickly after submitting issue.

Good helpful service, however sometimes a little bit complicated for a 73 year old. Rafeal is a good advisor and normally answer any questions with in a few minutes.

The issue was sorted promptly. I've been a customer for years now and will continue to back these awesome folks for as long as they exist. And if their grandchildren replace them jn the future, I'll make sure my grandchildren continue to support them.

I have been using the device for many years and would recommend it. The instructions and the set up are easy and support is always available when needed

Overall a great service and very much appreciated to be able to watch country blocked content/streams. Ive had two issues with a stream since using SmartDNS and the support was able to solve it. Thanks again :)

The response was on point and it resolved the issue I was having.

One of my Streaming services from USA wasn't streaming correctly and they investigated and recommended a remedy for my issue... Right now I am currently back in business... I will wait to see if it will stay this way...

We had a problem with our VPN & after a few emails which were replied to immediately they advised me as to how to correct it. Well done guys.

I don’t know why I need a vpn with this dns proxy.

Works perfectly for me. I’m streaming SwissTV on the Canary Islands and in 99% no trouble at all.
