I have been using Smart DNS Proxy for years as a vpn service and I recommend it to my friends.

I was very upset cause some glitches in my smartdns proxy app.they tried to help via conversation but when it didn't work they take remote access and bingo .within minutes problem solved .I m a naive type n don't know some files but they helped me to establish it with polte way. 5 stars to the helpdesk guys I m very thankful to all especially rapheal,hatomi n mikhail (sorry for not spell correctly) you guys rocks .thanks

Fantastic service. Less than 20 minutes from raising a concern for Raphael to have responded and given the solution! Always be a great product and backed by fantastic customer service!

It is always difficult to cancel subscription for these kind of services but, team in smartdns reset what does client service mean. If I ever change my mind, I know who to contact.

Been using this service for years. Does everything I need it to do and when I have contacted them (almost always because I did something wrong at my end) they have responded quickly and been really helpful and very patient!

Always reliable

I have had a few issues with the DNS and VPN affecting Geo located services and banking applications. Response to my queries were prompt and possible diagnosis along with solutions were all proactively received. Even with different operators during each query,they were able to continue and offer other options. Very good communication and experienced advice along with links to help rate this 5 star.
