Problem solved

My problem was easily solved when they advised me to upgrade the app! One would thought any change in an app. They should inform the customer rather than me suffering for four weeks!

Very positive and responsive

After reporting an issue being able to connect we have received incredibly rapid responses to every email. Ultimately the team facilitated a remote connection to our pc to ascertain the route of the problem and get us connected again. The communication was excellent despite lots of different team members being involved. Very professional from start to finish.

It has been working great for me that last few years

I am from Peru and comute to the US to visit my family there. I spend at least 6 month in Peru and been using smartDNS the last few years and allows me to see a few apps like Netflix, Paramount+, PBS, Amazon Prime. Some of the News apps. It just feels like I never left the US.
