I have used this service for 3 years. They are fast to respond and work hard to deliver the solution to my occasional problems.

I've been using Smart DNS Proxy for over a decade now. I've had a couple of times where it stopped working, but both times support were able to get it sorted out. Other than that, it has been completely reliable. Some of the documentation could use updating, but if you use their app you don't need the info in the documentation anyway.

I have been using Smart DNS Proxy VPN for several years and have found it generally reliable. They should update their app and make one for Linux.

As always, quick reply to message outlining access problem & solution resolved the issue once implemented my end.

I am not always totally computer literate once I get past the turn on and off and all will be fine, so I find Smart DNS to have great technical support that gives clear instructions that anybody can follow - Thanks team I can listen to BBC again !

Good vpn and nice speed. Plus they give discounts also which is a bonus. Overall the best vpn I can say in my opinion.

I have a problem with accessing certain channels which have been accessible for quite some time. I immediately was contacted and asked for further information (which I provided) then I was given a couple of procedures to follow. Although they didn't work it has been upgraded to a higher level. This is normal service from this very good provider
