I've been a customer with Smart DNS Proxy for almost ten years, and I'm very happy with their service. The customer service is outstanding every time I need them, which happens rarely, but it has happened twice in the last nine years. They answer fast, are competent and friendly, and always find a solution.

Patient, Attentive and fast, reliable and efficient support from knowledgeable staff. It's been rare have needed any help from Support Staff, the product and guides are so easy to follow and setup but when I did need their help, they responded quickly, asked the right questions, provided answers and even offered remote login support if needed. Cannot praise the company, product and staff highly enough. If only other companies out there behaved in the same manner....

Been a client for several years now, watching UK Expat TV from Spain. UK govt does lots of things to prevent expats watching re geofenxing. At age 75 I would have thought their time would be better spent helping UK citizens that are abroad - but no. At least Smart DNS offers a chance to watch TV Channels that remind us of home. Wonder what the legislative arses would think if they were forced to watch foreign channels that they cannot understand only ? But lets not kid ourselves, it's because they cannot prosecute us for watching without paying a TV licence fee. What about the lifetimes work we did, supporting the UK economy which turns its back on us as well as they cannot chase us either. Very small minded. Thank you Smart DNS for warming our families hearts on long, cold nights.

Problems accessing SkyGo

My original email had to be terminated and I completely forgot about my smartdns login. I needed the email address to be changed, but as I no longer had access to my original email, it was going to be tricky. These guys sorted the issue very quickly for me and I am now able to use my new email to login. All good.

Very seldom have any problems but when I do they manage to fix it. Not always as fast a I would like but they always keep you updated on the progress. Great service for the money. Thanks

Over the course of several years, I've experienced some streaming issues. When I do, I report the problem and their engineers respond immediately and then resolve the issue within a few days.

The company is good. I really do recommend using a DNS or VPN!

As internet routing and dns related changes may happen the support in such situations is really important.
