Quick, professional and effective response to my problem

I had lost a connection for international streaming … previous DNS settings were still active but not allowing me access .. As always, the technician at Smart DNS responded quickly to my e mail and directed me through a process to resolve the issue .. excellent service as always

Very impressive

I am using this proxy in a limited way for the moment but I feel I have only scratched the surface of what it can do. I am not an expert on the inner workings of the internet - it can be pretty technical. So I am not surprised to run into a few glitches. However the support group really know what they are doing and ask detailed questions, which are easy to respond to. Even the AI is far brighter than most. So Smart DNS proxy is a perfect solution for me. I no longer have to search the internet for a VPN service to do what it should. This saves me a lot of time. I have a lot of faith in the service they provide.

Super responsive service and a good trouble free service at a sensible price

Good helpful advice

Good helpful service, however sometimes a little bit complicated for a 73 year old. Rafeal is a good advisor and normally answer any questions with in a few minutes.

Speedy and timely response and Service
