Excellent service, they are very technical and very friendly, they do a great job, highly recommended, nothing beats the professionalism and friendliness of SmartDNSproxy.

Things don't always go right and I've been with SmartDNS for years and years without any problems. Today there is a problem and unfortunately the only time you need customer support is when there's a problem - so those people only ever receive problems ! It's at these times when customer support is tested - and SmartDNS have been remarkable - none of the usual things like reboot, reinstall, try this and try that - all the standard tactics to deflect the fact that there is a problem at the moment - and it's theirs ! It takes a lot to be honest - hands up and sorry but we're working on it and it'll be fixed ... so really great ! Maybe not what you wanted to hear but you feel that you've been treated with respect ... and you can't get better support than that !

Efficient and reliable

I have been using this service since 2018 and I have never had any issues. It allows me to unblock geo-restricted content from all over the world without any problems. I have tried many other VPN services before, but most of them had lagging and buffering issues. Finally, I found this service and tried the 14-day trial period. I was very happy and honestly surprised by how good the service was, so I decided to continue with it. I set up the Smart DNS on my router, and now my entire home network can access geo-blocked content. All my devices, including TVs and mobile phones, are connected and working perfectly. This is one of the best services in the world — very affordable and very easy to set up. The customer service is also very helpful. They used to have live chat support, but now they provide support through email. I highly recommend this service to anyone who wants a reliable and affordable way to unblock global content.
