Each time that I’ve had to contact customer support to resolve an issue, the response time and accuracy in resolving the issue has been exceptional.

Had having a problem with my VPN, after many emails back & forward, I realized that I had not seen a particular setup key that was causing the issue. Finally we both learned that, for future similar issues, it will be important to check that key Awesome work.

Easy to set up, different ways to set up devices, long list of supported apps, worldwide coverage, been using it for a couple of years now, always an excellent service. The price is quite good. And even if you encounter some problems, tech support is the jewel of the crown. This guy's take very serious customer service, reply you very fast with instructions, information and resolution.

in my humble opinion, Apple is the gold standard for support. smart dns proxy is right up there with apple. i've used their service since 2015 and have enjoyed excellent service for over 10 years.
