A great experience over many years

Very good response times and resolution

Contacted support to assist resolve a VPN connection problem using Linux and OpenVPN. Response times were good and help provided was clear to understand. Main problem resolved in a timely manner and VPN now working correctly. Would definitely recommend (and I do).

Their response time is fantastic across the board. Typically within a couple hours they respond

I did find the persistent emails about my wanting to cancel annoying however. But once I made my decision clear and absolute their responsiveness was great!!
