Solid; responsive

Geofencing is always being improved, so service outages will happen. What makes Smart DNS Proxy different is that they respond to these outages and repair them very quickly.

Tech support to the rescue

Despite suffering from a rather difficult to identify smart DNS issue affecting UK sites only, the problem was resolved after much interaction with the technical support team. As ever they were helpful and communicative, managed to identify the problem and then implement the necessary network changes to resolve the issue. I have been using Smart DNS Proxy for several years now and would highly recommend them.

Prompt and Efficient

I've rarely needed to contact support for any issues, but when I have, they have been prompt to respond, and manage to resolve the issue quickly too. Their DNS and VPN service has worked whenever I needed it, and has helped me when travelling out of the country, as well as keeping my personal data safe.

Very effective and well supported

After an update of the broadcasters there are sometimes problems in accessing your favs. These guys are on the case pretty quick and a lot cheaper than a VPN

Does what it says on the tin

The solution just works. It is better and cheaper than a VPN for watching TV, and they also give you a pretty good VPN anyway. Also, their support is first class. Problems get fixed very quickly. The uptime for BBC iPlayer far exceeds any other solution that I have tried. Smart DNS Proxy is the only product that I have ever taken the trouble to open an affiliate account for.

Best DNS service I have used.

I have used several DNS services by trial and error. Smart DNS Proxy has proven to be the best. I stream from multiple countries on Apple TV. I have been a customer for several years now. The servers are very stable and fast. I have taken out a lifetime subscription……
