Great customer service

Working fine for many years and after one of the channels did not work any more they pushed on to fixed it and it is worked out in the end. Thumbs up!

It took not even 20 minutes and my problem was solved

All the apps I'm using were not working anymore. Within 20 minutes I got new server DNS codes and everything was fine

Great Customer support experience

I've been using this service > 5 years now, and have referred it umpteen times. The platform is more or less quite reliable , but as it happens with any technical service - there are occasions where stuff doesn't work. The technical support and customer service has been exceedingly efficient, whenever I've had to engage them. That makes up for a good user experience.
