Dennoch möchten wir für zukünftige Kunden gerne etwas Kontext ergänzen. Die von Ihnen gesendeten Fotos zeigten einen einzelnen kleinen losen Faden sowie einige minimale Merkmale, die bei handgewebten und handgefertigten Textilien gelegentlich vorkommen können. Nachdem wir Ihre E-Mail erhalten hatten, haben wir sofort reagiert und Ihnen ohne Diskussion eine Rückerstattung von 25 % auf die Decke als Kulanz angeboten. Selbstverständlich hat jeder das Recht auf seine eigene Erwartung und Meinung, dennoch sind wir der Ansicht, dass wir Ihr Anliegen schnell, respektvoll und großzügig bearbeitet haben. After receiving your email, we responded immediately and, without any discussion, offered you a 25% refund on the blanket as a gesture of goodwill. Of course, everyone is entitled to their own expectations and opinion, but we do believe we handled your concern quickly, respectfully and generously. Beste Carolien, Wat ontzettend leuk om te lezen dat de keuze voor een klamboe uiteindelijk zelfs heeft geleid tot een compleet nieuwe inrichting van jullie slaapkamer. Dat is precies waar we bij Nusarah zo van houden: niet alleen een praktisch product, maar ook echt sfeer, rust en een fijne plek creëren in huis. Wat mooi dat Maayk je hierbij heeft kunnen helpen en adviseren.
