Wir haben uns ein großes Moskitonetz und passende Quasten dazu bestellt. Die Qualität der Produkte ist wirklich herausragend und entspricht dem Preis. Auch bei einer Reklamation wird sofort reagiert und man merkt, die Kundenzufriedenheit steht an oberster Stelle. Eine ehrliche Empfehlung, wenn man auf beste Produkte und auf eine gute Kundenbetreuung Wert legt.

Das Netz ist von erstklassiger Qualität. Wenn man es mit herkömmlichen Mückennetzen vergleicht, ist das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut, kostet etwas mehr aber ist um vieles besser. Die Lieferung ist innerhalb weniger Tage eingetroffen.

Das bestellt Moskito Netz in Baumwoll- Premiumqualität für ca 200 Euro bekommt Löcher vom Hingucken. Ich kann es absolut nicht empfehlen. Die Aufhängung ist nicht verstärkt und das Netz viel zu empfindlich. Es riecht zudem einen Monat später noch extrem.

wir bedauern, dass Sie mit Ihrem Moskitonetz nicht zufrieden sind. Allerdings haben Sie uns vor dieser Bewertung zu keinem Zeitpunkt kontaktiert. Daher hatten wir weder die Möglichkeit, die von Ihnen beschriebenen Löcher anhand von Fotos zu beurteilen, noch zu prüfen, wie diese entstanden sind.
Unsere Baumwoll-Moskitonetze sind bewusst aus einem feinen, leichten Gewebe gefertigt. Sie bekommen jedoch selbstverständlich nicht bereits „vom Hingucken“ Löcher. Beschädigungen können beispielsweise durch scharfe Gegenstände, Schmuck, Haustiere, eine zu straffe Montage oder unsachgemäße Handhabung entstehen. Ohne Fotos oder vorherige Kontaktaufnahme lässt sich die Ursache nicht seriös beurteilen.
Wir finden es schade, dass Sie sich direkt für eine öffentliche Bewertung entschieden haben, ohne uns zuvor Gelegenheit zu geben, Ihre Beanstandungen überhaupt zu prüfen.

Our cotton mosquito nets are deliberately made from a fine, lightweight fabric. They do not, of course, develop holes simply by being looked at. Damage may, for example, be caused by sharp objects, jewellery, pets, overly tight installation, or improper handling. Without photographs or prior contact, it is impossible to assess the cause responsibly.
We find it unfortunate that you chose to post a public review without first giving us any opportunity to examine your complaint.

Bein auspacken hat das Netz unfassbar unangenehm gerochen. Erst nach einer Wäsche ging das weg - da wir aber unsicher waren, ob wir das Netz behalten wollen lag es erst Mal eine Woche, bis wir uns entschieden haben 8 Löcher in die Decke zu bohren, um das ganze zu testen.. Das Netz selbst hat eine gute Qualität, nur die Seile zum aufhängen sind total billig und das finde ich irgendwie schade. Da wird dann doch gespart. Wenn das weiß wenigstens übereinstimmen würde...

Nous sommes ravis de lire que vous trouvez la moustiquaire très belle. Concernant les moustiques, ils ne peuvent naturellement pas traverser la maille de la moustiquaire. S’ils parviennent à entrer, cela signifie qu’une ouverture est restée accessible, par exemple au niveau des portes, du lit ou du sol.
Une moustiquaire doit être correctement installée et entièrement fermée pour pouvoir remplir sa fonction. Le fait que des moustiques soient encore présents ne permet donc pas de conclure que le produit est inefficace.
