We ordered the Surya glow cotton mosquito net. It arrived promptly and looked very good. Unfortunately we found the strong smell unpleasant and it did not fade sufficiently with airing. Although we were aware of potential import costs on arrival at the UK, we were surprised at needing to pay a further £87 on a £220 product. We have arranged to return the item due to the smell, and have been advised that further re-import costs will be deducted from our refund. The customer service has been very polite and prompt, but overall this has been an expensive mistake for us.

Die Beratung war unerwartet gut, aufrichtig und schnell. Ich habe am Sonntag geschrieben und war überrascht schon nach einer halben Stunde eine Antwort zu bekommen. Die Ware kam nach Zahlungseingang innerhalb von 3 Tagen an. Die Qualität der Ware ist richtig gut. Die Nähte sind stabil und von innen und außen ansprechend. Die Farbe und die Qualität des Stoffes sind angenehm. Das Netz so fein, dass selbst die ganz kleinen Mücken keine Chance haben durchzukommen. Wegen des Naturmaterials fällt der Stoff viel schöner, als bei einem herkömmlichen Fliegengitter. Das Zubehör war umfangreich. Es gab ansprechende Haken inklusive Dübel im Baumwollbeutel und Das Netz (ich würde fast Zelt sagen) wurde ebenfalls in einem Beutel aus Baumwolle geliefert. On top bekam ich Geschenke. Eine wunderschöne Kissenhülle aus Wolle und Baumwolle mit Stickereien bzw. aufgesetzten Ornamenten. Alles Naturfarben, mit Reißverschluss. Die Hülle habe ich echt auf die Probe gestellt. Ich habe ein ziemlich dickes Kissen hineingequetscht. Die Nähte sind solide. Hat alles gehalten. Und als wenn das nicht schon genug wäre, gab es noch 2 Packungen Räucherwerk (Palo Santo) dazu. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt und ich bin so überrascht, dass mir die Worte fehlen. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal für alles an Maayk und an Nusarah. Ich wünsche Euch ganz viel Erfolg mit Eurer Firma. Verzending was snel en goed verpakt. Product is mooi en voldoet volledig aan de verwachting. Erg blij met mijn mooie nieuwe klamboe!
Ik had eerlijk gezegd niet verwacht dat een klamboe zo'n groot verschil kon maken in de uitstraling van mijn slaapkamer, maar wauw — wat een mooie toevoeging. Het materiaal voelt stevig aan, de stof valt soepel, en het geheel oogt heel sfeervol en rustgevend. Bestellen ging makkelijk en ik kreeg direct een bevestiging. De levering was snel en alles zat keurig verpakt, inclusief de haakjes om het op te hangen. Dat vond ik echt handig, want ik kon meteen aan de slag. Wat ik ook fijn vond, is dat je merkt dat er aandacht aan besteed is. Het voelt persoonlijk en niet massaal. Kortom: super tevreden en ik zou hier zonder twijfel weer bestellen.

Das Moskitonetz ist von sehr guter Qualität, es fällt sehr schön und passt für das Bett Größe 1,20 x 2.20.Sehr irritiert hat mich der Geruch des Netzes. Trotz mehrtägigen auslüften ging der komische Geruch nicht weg. Dann haben ich das Netz mit 40 Grad gewaschen und wieder gelüftet. Danach war der Geruch OK . Ich Frage mich woher der komische Geruch kommt. Werden bei der Herstellung Chemikalien verwendet?

Unsere Stoffe werden auf natürliche Weise verarbeitet – ganz ohne chemische Ausrüstung oder industrielle Geruchsneutralisierer. Was den Geruch betrifft: Von den ersten über 1.000 Bestellungen bei Nusarah haben wir lediglich zwei Rückmeldungen zu diesem Thema erhalten – einschließlich deiner Rückmeldung. Genauso wie beim Geschmack kann auch der Geruch sehr individuell wahrgenommen werden – was für die eine Person neutral ist, kann bei einer anderen bestimmte Assoziationen hervorrufen. Naar aanleiding van wat vragen had ik zo’n fijne en snelle communicatie. Zeer servicegericht bedrijf met een prachtig assortiment. Zo blij met de plaids en met de klamboe, die inmiddels hangt. Heerlijk ruim model die de muggen “buiten” houdt en onze slaapkamer een mooie sfeer geeft.

Der Kontakt über Instagram vor der Bestellung verlief sehr hilfreich und zügig. Auch der Versand war sehr schnell. Das Produkt Garin Max entspricht der Beschreibung und macht optisch etwas her. Wie gut die Mücken draußen bleiben, kann ich noch nicht beurteilen, weil hier noch nicht so viele schwirren. Unser Familienbett plus Gitterbett passen rein und es ist angenehm darin zu liegen. Das einzige ABER, was mich schon ziemlich stört: es riecht auch nach mehreren Wochen mit viel Lüften noch. Es ist besser als am Anfang aber immer noch deutlich wahrnehmbar. Ich hoffe, es ist nicht schädlich.
