Dear Felix, We are sorry to read your review, but we do feel it is important to add some context here. At NUSARAH, we take product quality and customer service very seriously. This is also reflected in our customer reviews: more than 158 reviews with an average rating of 9.5. When there is a genuine product issue, we always try to solve it fairly. In your email to us, you wrote: “I witnessed one of them (hanging points) coming off when my 6 year old kid sat on the side of the fabric and the little loop came straight off.” Based on that information, we explained that our cotton mosquito nets are handmade textile products. The side loops are intended to help position and support the net, but they are not designed to carry body weight or concentrated pressure. Sitting on the side of the fabric, even briefly, is not normal use of a mosquito net. That said, we did not simply dismiss your concern. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered you a 25% discount on a replacement or 10-15% on the potential future order of multiple nets (which you were considering), and we also offered to look at a possible contribution towards local repair costs. Unfortunately, no response from you. We are sorry that this was not the outcome you were hoping for. However, we do not agree with the suggestion that we just blamed you and offered no solution. On the contrary, we tried to respond fairly, constructively and with goodwill, while also being honest about the difference between a product defect and damage caused by use outside the intended purpose of the product. To then see your very bad review -where you left out to mention that your 6 year old child sat on the mosquito net, causing 2 hanging loops to break, and then blaming us for building poor nets- whilst we were still trying to find a solution for you, is something we find rather sad to see.
