Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es ist schade zu hören, dass Sie ein Loch im Netz entdeckt haben. Unsere Netze werden alle neu geliefert — wir verkaufen keine reparierten oder gebrauchten Produkte. Es kann in seltenen Fällen vorkommen, dass während der Produktion oder Verpackung ein kleiner Defekt entsteht, und das tut uns natürlich leid. Sollte so etwas passieren, lösen wir das immer direkt: Wenn ein Kunde uns rechtzeitig informiert — vorzugsweise sofort nach Erhalt und spätestens innerhalb von 14 Tagen — senden wir problemlos ein neues Netz zu. In diesem Fall wurde das Netz jedoch erst zwei Monate später aufgehängt und der Defekt erst dann gemeldet. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt können wir leider keine Reklamation mehr annehmen, wie auch deutlich in unseren Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen angegeben. Wir finden es daher wirklich schade, dass wir dafür eine schlechte Bewertung erhalten, obwohl wir als Händler keinen Einfluss darauf hatten. Für andere Kunden möchten wir betonen: Wenn Sie etwas bemerken, das nicht in Ordnung ist, melden Sie sich bitte sofort bei uns — dann sorgen wir für eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Lösung. For customers outside the EU, we always recommend checking in advance which costs may apply upon import. We genuinely regret receiving a lower rating for something that is outside of our control — especially as we always strive to be transparent and do our utmost to provide excellent service.
