Different DELIVERY ADDRESS they put on my order, delivered to DIFFERENT PLACE, Parcel NOT found yet
Online order placed on 05/03/2020, delivery address in the UK. It is a company address, with clearly stated full COMPANY NAME. (It is a big-sized business centre with many different companies) But parcel has been delivered to DIFFERENT COMPANY, not my company. From the tracking ref. I can see the DELIVERY ADDRESS they put is DIFFERENT COMPANY. Contact with Optiphar Customer Service. Keep commuting and double confirmed with my correct address for 3 or 4 emails, as soon as found out parcel been delivered to somewhere else. Firstly, their Customer Service said' DIFFERENT COMPANY, in the same business centre is the SAME ADDRESS'. So delivery label is NOT WRONG. Secondly, they Customer Service said 'You put your COMPANY NAME in STREET NAME LINE' that is your fault, so the parcel delivery to different place, NOT their Optiphar company's responsibility. In fact, a COMPANY NAME put into STREET NAME LINE, will NOT result a TOTALLY DIFFERENT COMPANY NAME to be put on my shipping label. This is a common sense. And their process team will not double check with if the address is correct? --------------------------------------------------------------- Because I just found out other customers reviews in July 2018 and February 2019 has the SAME ISSUE. Optiphar responded to these 2 reviews, so they knows their label system has this problem. BUT THEY DID NOT SOLVE IT OUT?? --------------------------------------------------------------- Sum up, I have to chase the wrong delivered parcel my own, which I just an ordinary Online Shopping Customer, Typed in my full address correctly while placed order. But I have no control of how their system generate the Parcel label, and no control of the delivery process. From the existing commutation, from my own opinion, I did not feel Optiphar would like to take their responsibility with I did not receive my paid parcel. I felt they pushed me away with the 1st, 2nd comment. I am now trying to find the parcel by myself, which I have been trying to do this since the day I discovered parcel wrongly delivered. If I find my parcel later, that is good. I get what I paid. But if the parcel not found (amount ? 113,59). I will keep this review updated with my refund inquiry which may raise later if needed (if parcel not found), and refund result from Optiphar. Good luck to me. This seems Optiphar knows this issue will happen with their address label generate system, but they do not try to solve it out? Wish I see those reviews earlier.
