I never received my package…

I had ordered some seeds quite a few months ago and had great results with most. I finally got around to using the last 3 and 2 didn't germinate. I emailed thinking it was a long shot seeing as how it had been over 6 months. They were very kind and sent me two replacement seeds. The replacement seeds have already germinated. I can't say enough good things about this company.

They’re are not growing again because of the test I’ve done but they are all in a bag to with a heating pad and they are in the dark and I Chang the oxygen at least 10 times every day if not 20 to 30 time and check their seats and make sure that there’s not too much moisture so why is I got two of those 3 are already died so it’s not me or idk do you send clones because I just would say to do that but you keep sending me seeds that are not good for me I’ve had very bad luck with them so I’m just trying to make it work for me and then stop and get the seeds I have had 99.2% so I’m trying to be nice and not contact the BBB over the way I’ve had so much trouble with your business

Ive had about 7 or 8 orders from here then when black Friday comes around I placed an order on November 20th and still haven't gotten my package nor a response to any emails. No refund no communication no nothing just took my money. I would have recommended them in the past but this has left a bitter taste in my mouth honestly

Luckily I was not in a hurry, was about a week and half for seeds that were in stock to the midwest. Last year shipments were less than a week.

I've already contacted you concering orders #89446199 and #89329555. Five Grease Monkey seeds were supposed to be autos. On the previous order one Permenent marker seed was supposed to be an auto. I'm not receving what I ordered. Looking up the orders it looks like I ordered photos, but I didn't, I only grow autos during winter months. Both of these are un-opened and untouched. I asked you if I could send them back but was refused.
