I placed my order over two weeks ago and gave not received my seeds or a email to say they have been delayed or sent. So far my review is unsatisfactory. You took the payment.

I've placed three orders and everything is fine with one exception. My last order always said, "preparing order" when I looked up the status of my order. That "preparing order" never changed. For seven days the status of my order was "preparing order". I never got a notice that my order was shipped or a tracking number. On the seventh day, I received my order. My status after receiving my order still said "preparing order". I thought that maybe the seeds were not in stock or there was a delay in shipping. Not the case. I received the order quickly but the online status always said "preparing order".

30yr. smoker here, I signed up on the web. I did not order from Zamnesia straight away but kept getting the emails and I still thought it was a ****. {Sorry), the logo and the webpage seemed not real. 2 years went by when several suppliers I was using seemed like things have changed. An inbound email from Zamnesia. Opened it and decided to give it a try. Ordered and went through payment system then got an order#. I never set up an account. I was able to print my order and number. After several days I contacted customer service via email. Couple of hours later I get a reply. Thank you for your order, we are looking into this issue. The short of it, Zamnesia got my order delivered and the end product was FANTASTIC. My go to from now on, only stray when Zamneisa does not have the strain.

Quick and easy selection shipped fast and items were protected. Sent a bonus that im excited for! Web site description was vary informative Would have been nice to receive the same description in the order or a way to download.

Wasn’t as discreet as advertised. Dosidos and strawberry cough first seeds did not germinate we will see for the next beans. Individual packages are neat and descriptive. Time will tell!

They were slow to ship i had to message multiple times. Finally shipped. Beans look ok some are a whiteish color and some look really good. They did throw a freebie in!

You offer great choice, lots of good deals, chat back is quick and competent. Your product arrives correct and quickly. I strongly dislike being forced to "Click the agree" in order to send this response. Do not share my information. My recommendation is for Zamnesia no kiyoh

Will take your money. Never send an order out. Automated response that will lie about sending an order out. I wanted to cancel my order which I communicated within 1 day of ordering. Well within your "policy" period. Hasn't processed return, lies and says that they will "reship" a package that a shipping label was never even created for. Liars ****, do not order

Great first experience received in about a week

Great so far..

I waited to give a review for after seeing if seeds are viable. Delivery arrived tampered with and half order missing. I a proceeded to try out seeds and to my satisfaction the first seed germinated according to plan so even though it's early to tell, Zamnesia is my go to source from now on. So far I made a good change of source

It seems as if this company is on remote computer customer service. It took forever, two to three weeks, to get the seeds, and when they arrived, yes I got my order, but they doubled it. So I should give 5 stars for the bonus, but I'd rather have real people dealing with my concerns, not ai, or programs.

Website needs some tweaking, but overall happy with the service. Shipping was a little slower than I expected though.
