Slow followup on complaint

Fast delivery of seeds, 6 total 2 varieties. Half did not germinate. Initial response came but no resolution after 4 days.

Seeds won’t pop… so far.

Purchased 10 seeds, so far none have not popped yet. I am not a novice. Really hope there is some improvement.

Seeds did not germinate

I bought 5 "Sticky Beast" autoflower seeds from Zamnesia. 4 did not germinate at all using damp paper towel method, which has been successful with seeds from other vendors. The one that did germinate did not result in a viable plant.

No hassle replacement of seeds.

I had a 3 seed pack of seeds that did not germinate. They replaced them and let me pick out whatever strain I wanted. I didn’t have to wait or argue they took care of me.
