Speedy delivery

I am a first time user of Zamnesia and found companies website very easy to navigate. It has superb information and photography references all products. The ordering was seemless, response was immediate and items arrived promptly with excellent packaging. You folks are the “bees knees”.

I ordered 5 seeds and they arrived a day late. I was skeptical at first because the seeds were tiny but they all popped but 1. So not bad.

Ordering, shipping and receiving was excellent. The bonus seed was a nice unexpected surprise. The only problem I had was that only just over 1/2 of my first order germinated. I over ordered so it didn’t present a big problem. Haven’t done anything with my second order as of yet.

I usually don't buy only one seed at the time but I wanted to try Zamnesia for the first time. For whatever reason one of my seed didn't germinate. I sent an email about what happened just to let them know. I wasn't really expecting anything in return. They replied within minutes asking me what would I like for a replacement! They sent me my new bean no charge. I am very impressed because these days excellent customer service is a rarity. Definitely will be a repeat customer!

At this point, I've had quite a few purchases from Zamnesia and my orders have been quickly fulfilled and they have always been accurate. When I am shopping, it is to buy their line of seeds, and the descriptions are always spot on. For instance, I bought Strawberry Cough and, true to the description, it had the correct effects as well as a modest amount of THC which was correcty listed as 15%. I think that they work hard to provide the best possible strains.

love the communication about the delivery process. no worries or wondering of where or when items are shipped or delivery times. the extras that came with the order are a lovely treat and a pleasant surprise. the free seed is a novel way to try new strains and the scratch off engages you again to try something new. the seeds I ordered were big and fat. have had the 3 strains and the freebie seed already come up in 3 days! has been so nice I've already ordered again and planning on a third order very soon!!

Growing but small and scrawny

I’ve got the gusher your chin pack and they all never came out of the seed so I’ve been growing since I was 15 but I also had trouble with peppermint maker never came out of the seeds and the I got ten packs of poison envy and only got 5 plants to start growing and I just got my seeds last month so idk why They would not believe me on what I have been through with the seeds

Very professional. Will replace un germinated seeds guarantee. But usually they all germinate. But you just gotta email them let them know which seeds didn't germinate. They will replace them.
