Hi Lesego, we’re really sorry to hear about your poor experience. We understand how frustrating it is to find a room that wasn’t properly cleaned, a TV that wasn’t working, and no key available—this is not the standard we aim for. We’d like to make it right and review what happened so it doesn’t occur again; please contact us when you can. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for a better stay. 084 476 5258 0810078801
