For all questions concerning your order you can always contact us. We will always respond in the most efficient manner.
Your order was send in 2 different parcels dus to it’s weight.
According to the tracking links, provided in the order confirmation, one parcel was delivered yesterday and the second parcel was delivered today.
Unfortunately DPD, or Post Nord, does not know both parcels belong together and are processed separately.
