Very bad experience
Very bad experience! It was extremely difficult to communicate! I wrote many emails and got a conclusion that they answer only those which they want to answer. First there was no tracking and after several days they sent it. I asked the year of production of my tyres before ordering - NO ANSWER. When I received tyres, first surprise was that they are different from the Photo and, moreover, I found that some info on them is missing. I Ordered Pirelli P Zero 245/40R20 99Y XL MFS * MO BSW and receiver tyres where was written P Zero 245/40R20 99Y XL * MO. Very important for me info, which made my choice, as if they have MFS and BSW is missing!!! I asked them immediately - NO ANSWER UNTILL NOW. I sent 5 or 6 emails as well through their web site.... Then I asked for the Invoice. Usually all sellers send it immediately after payment or together with the shipment, but in my case it was not. I had to send my request several times and got no answer. Only, when I wrote that if I will not receive Invoice I will make negative review, they sent it and even without appology! SO, I purchased expencive tyres, but I am not shure if they sent what they sold. DON'T TRUST THEM! Never again. I couldn't imagine if in EU this can happen! Probably Slovakia mentally is more far from EU as scandal Hungary!
